In 2025, the Ministry of Finance will continue to implement administrative procedure reform policies to simplify and optimize the administrative procedure settlement process. Specifically, the Ministry of Finance will:

• Financial institutional reform: Building and perfecting the institutional system in the financial sector to reform and improve the quality of the socialist-oriented market economic institution.
• Administrative procedure reform: Resolutely, synchronously and effectively reform administrative procedure regulations in the financial sector, especially administrative procedures directly related to people and businesses.
• Implementing administrative procedures in the electronic environment: Promoting the implementation of administrative procedures in the electronic environment so that people and businesses can perform services anytime, anywhere.
• Reducing compliance costs: By the end of 2025, 100% of administrative procedures that meet the legal requirements will be provided as full-service online public services.
  These policies aim to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state administrative agencies in the Finance sector, ensuring the goals and tasks according to the State Administrative Reform Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period.
